Thank you for your interest in space at Persnickety. We are always happy to hear from prospective Artists and Vendors. We are located in historic downtown Port Saint Joe, Fl. Most of our customers tell us that shopping at Persnickety is part of coming to the beach.

Persnickety provides experienced Sales Associates.
Persnickety provides credit card terminal, telephone, fax machine, and software to print labels.
Persnickety provides a bookkeeping service that includes maintaining separate records for each Vendor's transactions including an itemized monthly report.
Persnickety pays for all of the utility services (phone, water, electric, rent, etc.)
Persnickety has convenient hassle free parking for customers.
Persnickety provides advertising for the store.
Persnickety has many promotional parties and sales during the year.
To be selected for our leasing space, fill out and return the attached application. Please submit photographs and also include a brief description of the merchandise you are marketing.
We have a six month lease agreement.
We offer two booth sizes. A full booth and a half booth. Our full booths are 800.00 a month plus 7% Florida sales tax and our half booths are 400.00 plus sales tax.
We have a management fee of 10% of gross monthly sales.
Credit card fees are deducted from the Vendor @ a rate of 2.5% a month.
